After you have been found guilty and sentenced for a criminal or other offence you may wish to have that decision reviewed.

Mr. Advent has represented clients before the Manitoba Court of Appeal and the Court of Queen's Bench (Summary Conviction Appeals) with respect to both sentence and conviction appeals. He has also acted in both Courts with respect to bail applications pending appeal. Appeals can be complex and involve significant rules and strict timelines.
